CW Future Flash [Emissive Add-On Ped]

This model is a CW-inspired Future Flash. Design was based on the original CW Flash and various artists impressions and is as dope as Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer riding a bus drinking eggnog whilst gracefully serenading passengers with carols on the way to eat Santa's cookies.

Big thumbs up for Barak101 for the glow.
Not included is my custom Speedforce SFX which is to be used with JulioNIB's Flash V mod.

Installation:
1. Install AddonPeds
2. Place ped files to update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf\
3. Open AddonPedsEditor.exe and add ped to the list
